Refund policy

Stock guitars can be returned in like-new condition if notified of return within 7 days of purchase for a refund minus any shipping costs (to and from) and applicable payment processing fees incurred by RnR Guitar, as well as a 10% restocking fee.

Special order and custom guitars are generally not returnable.

Damage to guitar, case/bag, or missing included documentation could result in fees or make items non-returnable.
